The Karnataka Milk Federation’s Nandini has become the official dairy partner of the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) for this IPL season.
KMF MD B Shivswamy said Nandini, the pride of Kannadigas, is now partnering with one of the teams with the highest fan base, RCB.
He said efforts had been underway since 2024 and this partnership will help expand KMF’s market both nationally and internationally. He added that Nandini’s presence in sports will help attract youth.
Calling both RCB and Nandini iconic brands, he said the collaboration will further engage young audiences.
Products featuring images of Virat Kohli, Rajat Patidar and Devdutt Padikkal have been launched as part of the partnership.
The sponsorship has been awarded through a tender worth Rs 4.80 crore, and the agreement will be valid for one year starting from March 28, when RCB’s first match begins.
KMF expects increased sales in North India through this association.
Under the agreement, Nandini products will be sold not just at Chinnaswamy Stadium but also at other venues where RCB plays.
The company also plans to use images of three RCB players for protein-based products, as permitted under BCCI-registered agreements.
KMF clarified that its logo will not appear on players’ jerseys, and sales will be limited to stadium premises.
