Star India all-rounder Shivam Dube’s funny reaction on being spotted by the media outside his residence has gone viral on social media. The brief moment offered a glimpse of Dube’s relaxed and playful side away from the cricket field.
The incident occurred outside his upscale apartment complex in Andheri West, a residence known to house several figures from the sports and entertainment industries.
In the viral clip, Dube is seen near the reception area talking on the phone when a paparazzo approaches with a camera. Caught off guard, he soon acknowledges the photographer and offers a greeting.

In the clip, Dube, dressed in a maroon kurta, looks surprised as a paparazzo greets him.
“Bhai aapko dekh liya hum log ne (Brother, we have already seen you),” the man is heard saying in the clip before asking the player how he has been doing.
“Badhiya bhai (I’ve been great),” Dube replied with a thumbs-up, to which the man responded, “Humara desh ka naam roshan kar diya aap ne (You’ve made our country proud).”
“Bhai isko abhi delete kar de (Please delete the clip now),” Dube replied.
His popularity has surged after India’s win at the T20 World Cup, where Dube played a key role and emerged as one of the unsung heroes of the title-winning campaign.
After playing a part in India’s successful campaign in 2024, Dube made an even bigger impact in 2026. Across eight innings, he scored 235 runs at a strike rate of 169, delivering multiple key cameos and providing crucial momentum for India when it mattered most in the T20 World Cup.
