Barboza would call out Ryan Garcia and Devin Haney in post-fight interview, and Alexis Rocha would also make an appearance in the ring to as Barboza for a fight between them.

Barboza showed that he was a class above Sims, who was rather flat on the night which is not to take away from Barboza’s performance itself. Barboza was in control throughout but never seemed to be able to find a way to overwhelm his opponent and was content to cruise to victory on the cards.

Oscar Collazo applied relentless pressure and wore down Jesus Haro over six rounds of action, with Haro’s corner stopping the fight after the sixth as they’d seen enough with Haro fading from a consistent body attack and the inevitable outcome on the horizon.
Alexis Rocha def. Joseph Diaz Jr
Alexis Rocha came back from a long layoff to win a unanimous decision win over Joseph Diaz Jr who was fighting well above the weight class where he’s been at his best. Diaz didn’t have much to offer against Rocha in the first half, but then as he altered his approach he was able to find pockets of success, although not enough to win on points. An emotional Rocha credited Diaz for his toughness as he called for a fight against Ryan Garcia next.
Gabriela Fundora def. Viviana Ruiz
Gabriela Fundora broke down a physically overmatched opponent in Viviana Ruiz, who was almost twice her age literally, to retain her undisputed crown. Fundora did her work, damaged Ruiz, and in the fourth round dropped Ruiz on a well-placed combination. The fight was long after that point, with Fundora overwhelming Ruiz in the sixth to the point where the referee halted the fight.
Joel Iriarte def. Rock Myrthil
Joel Iriarte had a harder than expected fight in the early going against a resilient Rock Myrthil, but his power and pressure paid off by the sixth round when he broke through with a big power shot that flattened Myrthil. Myrthil would get up on unsteady legs and a follow up attack would force the referee to intervene to halt the bout.
