Joe Root was the first to be signed for £240,000 by Welsh Fire. So far, wicketkeeper Jordon Cox has been the most expensive signing at £300,000 for the same side. Two Pakistanis have gone unsold, with Usman Tariq to Birmingham Phoenix for £140,000 being the only from the country to find a buyer.
